Week 13 – Attitude

I have learned that a happy mental attitude is what brings about law of attraction. If the thoughts that we think does not bring about happiness, then we attract unhappy conditions.

Law of practice is very important in order to bring about happy thoughts. I first started with the mental detox. And I continued to keep doing it as much as I could everyday. Every week. And now rolling over to months. Eventually into years. I have completely cut out streaming TV shows on my laptop through out the week. All these have added up to happiness thoughts.

I realized with all of these new habits I am developing that health, strength, great friends, great pleasant environment are immensely important. SO I have also implemented much harder workouts and intermittent fasting (to the best of my ability) throughout my day.

My goal with these habits is to bring about a happy mental attitude.
